Return Policy

Returns:

We are pleased to offer free returns to all customers for purchases that meet our return policy. 

Your returned item must arrive at the Andreoli return address no later than 14 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return within 7 days of your delivery date to ensure that it arrives at Andreoli's location within 14 days.

To start a return, please email, andreoli@andreoliusa.com, and if your order is eligible for return, we will issue you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging along with the original certificate (if applicable). Please include a copy of the order confirmation along with the return.

Quality Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any damage or defect.

Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items, special orders, resizing, or any modifications are ineligible for return.

Refunds:

We will notify you upon receipt of the item on whether your return is approved. If approved, we will refund you via your original payment method.
